Guest guest
Well, it's all subjective. I can't stand Plamil, it tastes far too creamy and soy-y. IMHO chocolate should be as dark as possible, so I have been sadly missing the 85% and longing for a dedicated line. Although Booja booja chocolate ice cream is serving me well... Guest guest
I learnt not to like creamy chocolate (I used to) when I was trying to get un-hooked from refined sugars - I used to have problems with food! These days I find a square or two of chocolate do me fine, and I am learning to make delicious recipes with raw cacao. If I could afford lots of Conscious Chocolate it might be a different story... Actually, I think Lindt do an 85% chocolate. I'll have to find out what's in that, and keep hoping for that dedicated line from G & B. Guest guest
I think Lindt also has an allergy/legal obligation type warning about dairy contamination on their plain chocolate..... Guest guest
I'm not so fussed about dairy contamination, as that's a pretty frequent thing. My issue with Green and Blacks is not being able to know if the recipe changes.
