Guest guest Posted November 17, 2002 Report Share Posted November 17, 2002 4-5 ribs celery, cleand and sliced asthin as possible 1/8 pound fresh white mushrooms,sliced thin 1/4 cup thinly shaved Percorino Cheese 3/8 cup good olive oil Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Toss all together and marinate 1 hour before serving.
