Guest guest Posted November 17, 2002 Report Share Posted November 17, 2002 Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less. 3 ripe avocados 2 fresh serrano chilies 3 Tbsp. finely chopped white onion coarse salt to taste Halve and pit avocados. Scoop flesh into a bowl. Wearing rubber gloves, finely chop chilies, including seeds if desired, and add to avocados with onion and salt. Mash mixture with a fork.
