VEGETARIAN CHOPPED LIVER III

1 Cup Walnuts (chopped)

1 1/2 Medium Onions (minced)

1 8.5 oz can (LeSeur Early Peas) or similar small pea

2 Hardboiled Eggs (Use whites only for low-fat or whole egg for

regular)

 

Saute onions in a light oil until golden brown. Put onions, walnuts,

drained peas and eggs in blender or mixer; mix till desired

consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve
