Guest guest Posted November 18, 2002 Report Share Posted November 18, 2002 1 can green beans, well- drained & chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 eggs, hard-boiled Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 c. walnuts, finely ground Saute onion in butter until golden but not brown. Add eggs and beans and put into a blender and blend until smooth. Add walnuts and salt and pepper to taste. If mixture is too thick, add a little mayonnaise.
