Guest guest Posted November 21, 2002 Report Share Posted November 21, 2002 2-1/2 pounds red potatoes 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 clove garlic, minced Juice of 2 lemons 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste Boil potatoes, and cool.
