Guest guest Posted May 15, 2003 Report Share Posted May 15, 2003 2 cups sweet potatoes 2 cups taro root 1 onion 2 tablespoons tamari 1/2 cup green peas (optional) 1 tablespoon olive oil Steam or boil the sweet potatoes and taro root until soft. Mash them well while they are warm (it is easier to mash the taro while still hot). Cut the onion finely, then add to the mash potatoes, add in tamari and the green peas. Mix well.
