Not a really well-proven one. Valerian has shown some promise, but makes most people sleepy till they get used to it. Judge for yourself if it's worth it. You might also want to read up on the historic use of mistletoe for this, if you can find information, BUT....please be aware that American mistletoe (three _Phoradendron_ species) and European mistletoe (_Viscum album_) are two different plants, and please be very sure to read a lot before deciding if you think either is safe, and which one you think is safer; opinion is very divided. Never combine mistletoe with an MAO inhibitor such as Nardil, Marplan or Parnate; it's high in the amino acid tyramine, and the combination can kill you.
