Guest guest
B " H Got your attention with that one, eh? It's the other fu word that always grabs 'em. This recipe doesn't pack any less pudge than chocolate fudge, but it's 100% real food. 1/4 cup tahini butter or almond butter 2 heaping Tbs. raw honey 1 heaping Tbs. carob powder Just enough soy, rice or almond drink to get the spoon going. Stir until all of the carob powder is taken up. The result will be thick and fudgy. By adding a bit more of the soy, rice, or almond drink you arrive at a consistency that is perfect for icing on cake. This is absolutley yummy on carrot cake. Thinning it still further with the drink will produce a syrup that is perfect for pouring over tofu frozen desert. Doreen
Guest guest
Instead of honey, I use a really ripe pureed bananna >1/4 cup tahini butter or almond butter >2 heaping Tbs. raw honey >1 heaping Tbs. carob powder
