Guest guest
B " H Pierce an etrog from Succot about 50 times with a toothpick. Place in a jar whose mouth allows the etrog to enter the container. Pour white sugar into the container about a quarter of the way up. Fill with vodka or lemon vodka. This can be had the following Purim, but waiting an addition year or two will make it smoother. Variations on this recipe: Substitute kumquats for the etrog, pierce each one a number of times. You can use regular or lemon vodka with the kumquats as well. Using regular vodka only: substitute frozen pitted cherries, blueberries, figs, or any fruit that you like. Enjoy with friends. Take a cab home. May your every day be as joyous as Purim, Doreen
