Guest guest Posted May 18, 2004 Report Share Posted May 18, 2004 Serving Size: 6 1 Lb./ 4 Cups Cheddar Cheese -- Grated 4 Cans (4 Oz) Green Chiles -- Chopped/Drained 1 Lb/4 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese -- Grated 3 Cups Half and Half 4 Eggs -- Beaten 1/4 Cup Cornmeal 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce (vegetarian orparve) 1-Cup Purchased Salsa -- Mild, Medium or Hot Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over bottom of pan, top evenly with green chillies and then with Monterey Jack. In large bowl, beat together half and half, eggs, cornmeal, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cheese and chillies. Top evenly with salsa. Bake for 40 minutes.
