Guest guest Posted May 29, 2004 Report Share Posted May 29, 2004 1 head Romaine lettuce 1 large fennel bulb 1 large orange, peeled and thinly sliced 1/2 cup Olive oil Juice of 2 lemons 1 tablespoon honey Salt and freshly grounded pepper Cut the lettuce into thin shreds with a sharp knife. Put into a salad bowl. Cut the fennel into thin slices, including some of the leaves. Place over lettuce. Arrange the orange slices on top. Put the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix. Pour over the salad and mix well before serving. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
