Guest guest Posted June 5, 2004 Report Share Posted June 5, 2004 Ingredients 1 pack Quorn Sausgaes 5tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce 2tbsp crunchy peanut butter. For a delicious marinade just right for serving on cocktail sticks at buffets: mix together 5tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce with 2tbsp crunchy peanut butter. Cooking Instructions Cook the sausages as per the oven or fry instructions on the back of pack, in the final 2 minutes of cooking, spoon over the marinade, cook for the remaining time and serve. Serving Suggestions:- - Chop sausages into bite size pieces, coat with the marinade and skewer with mixed peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes brush with a little oil and barbecue or grill according to back of pack instructions. - Toss chopped coated sausages into a rice/cous cous salad. - Quorn balls and fillets also work well with this marinade.
