Ingredients:

0,5 l kefir or curdled milk,

1 l water for cooking,

100 g sour cream,

2 cucumbers,

Bundle of onion leaves,

Bundle of red beetroot leaves,

Bundle of dill,

2 eggs,

Salt.

 

Cook cut beetroot's leaves and leave to cool off.

Add cut cucumbers, onion leaves, dill and hard-boiled eggs to the

pot.

Add all of the cooking liquid together with the red beetroots leaves,

sour cream, salt and kefir (curdled milk).

Mix carefully.

Serve with hot boiled potatoes.
