Raw Papaya Salad 4 cups grated raw papaya 1 cup(s) finely shredded cucumber and carrots 2 tablespoons peanuts crushed 4 cherry tomatoes halved 4 whole fresh red chillies, crushed 4 cloves of garlic , crushed 2 tablespoons lemon (manao) juice 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcester sauce The original recipe contains 1 tablespoon fish sauce (nam pla), however (although it does probably loose a lot of its character) I replaced it with vegetarian Worcester sauce Combine the crushed garlic, peanuts, and red chillies in a bowl.
