Guest guest Posted June 28, 2004 Report Share Posted June 28, 2004 Curry with pineapple 1 tbs oil 1 1/2 tsp red curry paste 400 ml (13 fl oz) coconut milk 300 g (10 oz) canned pineapple pieces (says the recipe...take fresh ones if you can) 3 tbs soy sauce 2 tbs brown sugar Drain pineapple pieces (or clean and cut fresh pineapple into pieces) Heat oil in a wok or a pan and stir-fry curry paste.
