Guest guest Posted June 28, 2004 Report Share Posted June 28, 2004 Fried bamboo shoots with egg 450 g sliced bamboo shoots, canned 3 spring onions 1 clove garlic 3 tbs oil 2 tbs Worcester sauce 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs sugar 2 eggs, beaten Drain bamboo shoots and wash. Cut spring onions into 2 cm long pieces, chop garlic. Heat oil in a wok or a pan and stir-fry garlic until golden. Add bamboo shoots, onions, Worcester sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and stir-fry.
