Guest guest Posted July 6, 2004 Report Share Posted July 6, 2004 1 whole head lettuce 1 bunch green onions 1 pkg sliced almonds, browned 1 small can chow mein noodles Dressing: 1/3 cup vinegar 2/3 cup oil 3 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Accent 1 1/2 tsp black pepper Chop onions.
