Guest guest
(I did not come up with this title by the way and - I have no idea what Bermuda onions are, so I suggest using scallions right away. The salad is supposed to serve 10 - 12 without the optional ingredients, but regarding the amounts of salad we eat with every meal, I strongly doubt that) 1 head iceberg lettuce 1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 sm. cauliflower 1 med. green pepper 1 sm. Bermuda onion or 5 green scallions 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced 1/2 c. vegetarian crumbled blue cheese FRENCH DRESSING: 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar 1 sm. clove garlic, crushed 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. MSG Dash of pepper OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS: Avocado slices Artichoke hearts Cherry tomatoes Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces. Slice cauliflowerettes, green pepper, mushrooms, onion, olives, etc. Arrange in large salad bowl. Crumble blue cheese over. Chill. Combine French dressing ingredients. Chill. Toss together and serve. Serves 10-12. Source: http://www.cooks.com/
