Guest guest
Someobody asked me for this recipe, and I am so sorry, but I accidentally erased the E-mail. Here it is however...... One cup carrot juice One avocado garlic to taste ginger to taste Juice of 1/2 lemon I TBSP olive oil Sea Salt or liquid aminos to taste, I prefer liquid aminos as it gives it a little more flavor Cayenne pepper to taste Combine all inbredients. I find that if I mix them in the vita mix it warms it to a good temperature, so if you like a comfort food, this will fill the bill
Guest guest
I'll get a reward for asking the most foolish questions all the time, but nevertheless...what are " liquid aminos " ? Guest guest
Liquid Aminos are actually a natural soy sauce that is brewed not cooked, so it has all the living enzymes and amino acids. Bragg makes them, but there are others also. Shoyu is one, I forget the others, but liquid aminos is a naturally fermented soy sauce made without cooking. Guest guest
Gabriella In the US and Canada, a company called Braggs makes something called Liquid Aminos made from soy beans. It tastes a little like soy sauce but gives the body necessary amino acids.
