Guest guest Posted July 31, 2004 Report Share Posted July 31, 2004 Vitality Soup 1 cup no chlorinated water 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 6 ounces greens (such as spinach, sunflower or kale) 1 medium apple, quartered and cored 1/2 to 1 full medium avocado, quartered, peeled and pitted 1 cucumber, chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 green onion, chopped 1/4 habanera chilli (optional) 1/2 to 1/4 teaspoon ground kelp or dulse (a seaweed) 1 tablespoon un pasteurised light miso (fermented soybean paste) Sea salt to taste Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Adjust flavours to taste and serve at room temperature. Recipe by Cherie Soria from " The Complete Book of Raw Food. " Makes 2 servings.
