There is some question whether this can be used on Shabbat. I heard an

extensive discussion of many cooking issues and several conclusions, though

I do not know the simple answer right now.

 

I will check and see if there was a final conclusion.

 

Please note this is ONLY a question about SHABBAT use.

Until then check with your local competent rabbinic authority.

 

When there are changes in technology, they need to be carefully evaluated to

understand all the aspects that have halachic impact.

Thanks for the link, Yehudah.

But then again, being vegetarian, the idea of spending your holidays

on stuffed cabbage and ravioli... that sounds tough as well.
