It sounds delicious! I'm having a friend over for a cooking date on Saturday, and I think we'll try it. serene
Guest guest
Yes, Serene, it translates " Kitchen int the Hebrew tradition " , although it can be translated as " Jewish tradition " as well. Amazingly in some languages, the term " Hebrew " is used for " Jewish " . In Greek for example, the Jews are called " Evraioi " or " Israelites " , while (thanks to the Greek Orthodoxe-Christian Church), being called " Judaios " is an insult...(mind you, my son has heard this word at school every second day) I am glad you like the recipe, (which does indeed make a wonderful Shabbos dish as well), and nothing beats homemade pasta. Warm regards, Gabriella , serene@s... wrote: > Quoting Gabriella <gabriella_kapsaski>: > > > Stroncatelli in Brodo (Handmade Pasta in Broth) > > > > Stroncare means, " to break " .
