My 20 yo (now 21 yo :)) had a week off, so I fell behind on reading

Is this the same as TVP? Hard granules, something like pressed soy

The cookbook is due out sometime this month. (But it's been delayed

once or twice already, so no promises!) It will be sold for about $7 (US)

via the Web. I will let everyone know when *I* know more! :)

I used to use this when we were in California for 6 months. I saw it

a couple of times in Jerusalem, but it seems to have disappeared lately... :-(
