Pashtida is just the Hebrew word for what the French call

quiche. There are as many variations as you could possibly imagine. Try

doing a Web search for mushroom quiche; if you prefer it without the crust,

just leave it out... (And there is no official spelling since it's just a

transliteration from the Hebrew.)
