But here is the recipe of my friend. it comes from a israeli cookingbook called Pashtidot. I don't know who the author is. Pashtidot mi Pitriot (with mushrooms) Basic : 50 gr. cream cheese 200 gr. cottage cheese 150 gr. yellow cheese rasped 3 eggs 1 TBsp. Mushroomsoup powder Mix everything in a bowl. Pan : 2-3 onions, cut and fried until brown 500 gr. mushrooms cut dill fry them all with the brown onions 7-8 min. mix the mushroom mixture together with the egg/cheese mixture. pour in a pyrex (quiche) form. but first butter and flour the form. and sprinkle with some more cheese. baking time : 40-50 min on 200 degres Celcius. enjoy Eliane in Amsterdam.
