Guest guest
You mean, no problems that have yet come to your attention. I don't know who Dr. Mercola is, but I know how dangerous chlorocarbons are. Also, my diabetic friends have all been warned by their doctors to stay away from sucralose- it really does affect blood sugar. Quackwatch lists his website as a non-recommended major site, for good reason. -- New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages!

Guest guest
Hi Melody, I find Stevia at my local health food store. I use Sweetleaf brand, Stevia Plus - it has added fiber (in the form of inulin). Stevia also comes in liquid and powder forms without the added fiber. It has no glycemic impact - zero carbs. I personally feel safer with Stevia than the new manipulated " sugars " . Here's the website for the Stevia I use: http://www.healthy.net/nutrit/kitchen/foods/stevia.asp Karri Ann , MLA2926@a... wrote: > I use Splenda all the time...I thought it was safe.
