Dear all,

 

Yesterday at my son's swimming class, I sat next to my new friend who comes

from Bolivia. She was brought up catholic, but her origins are Jewish, as

the ancestors came from Spain.

 

She was talking about something like doughnuts but with a cheese filling, I

think it is called " fitta " but I'm not sure about.

 

Does anybody know something about it ?

 

one is filled with cheese and a sweet one with chocolate and nuts.
