Kosher salt is mentioned. Never heard of that before. I guess all salt sold here

in Israel is kosher.

Tom me, in Canada, kosher salt is a style of salt, rather than a salt with a

herschener. This salt is in larger granules than table salt and has a stronger

flavour. I usually use celtic sea salt instead because it doesn't have added

iodine.
