Guest guest
Tzahal (the Israeli army) hasn't heard of the concept of vegetarianism. As a result, my 18 yo usually doesn't get fed. Does anyone have any suggestions for *healthy* (no chemical additives, sugar, etc.) protein foods that don't require refrigeration for several days to a week at a time? Dairy/eggs are fine. Thanks!! Guest guest
There is a brand of flavored and dried tempeh products that come in a package and look like jerkey. I have seen these in the health food store. I do not remember the brand name off the top of my head, but I have seen them in several health food stores by the cash registers. Texas barbque flavor, cilantro lime flavor etc. " Brandel D. Falk " <ImaBDF wrote: Tzahal (the Israeli army) hasn't heard of the concept of vegetarianism.
