Alyssia hi,

 

I read your post with interest. It sounds great what you want to do with the

simple basic avocado spread.

 

We live in a small town near Haifa (Israel) and do not have the many

possibilities to buy all kinds of things. For example, I do not think our

supermarkets sell tamari. I use the soy sauce of Kikkoman, I think it is from

Japan? There is a shop which sells various vegetarian goodies not so far away,

but then I am a bit of the lazy species of man.

 

Sawatdee ka What does that mean? Does not sound like Hebrew to me Anyway, I

wish you a very pleasant and tasty meeting.

Sawatdee ka (or Sawatdee krup for a man) is one portion of Shalom in Thai, hello

or Good Bye .... Sun-tee-phap is the other , Peace

 

Kikkoman is one of the better standard soy sauces and should work well.

 

Chook dee ka (literally, good luck, usage .. the best of everything to you)
