Did you know walnuts also provide essential Omega 3? My name is Sandy. I live in Northern California just above Sacramento. I have 3 grown adult kids, and a 7 year old Granddaughter, and one new grandbaby on the way due January 2006. We don't know if it is a boy or girl yet. But I am excited! Nice to meet all of you!
