Hi there,

I heard recently a lot of good things about broccoli sprouts. I don't

like sprouts, but I bought it, with thinking " yeah right, like this is

going to be eaten " . But I made something that turned out to be

perfect for it:

Fry onion (with Enova oil) with " usual suspects " like paprika, little

turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt and put cut tofu in it for 10 minutes.

Then when it is turned off I added whole bag of raw broccoli sprouts.

It was delicious. It had crunchiness like chinese stir fry. This is

perfect topping for salad or just side dish for shabos.

 

How is Gabriela doing?

 

Have a great thanksgiving for those who celebrate. Thursday and Friday

feasts, double trouble. Hope you survive it.
