Guest guest
Dear Sir or Madam, I am looking for a full time day job in pastry. I am available to work Sunday -Thursday, Friday until sun down. I am open to working in a restaurant a bakery as a chef or with a chef. I was recently a pastry chef/bakery manager at The Health Shoppe, a natural food store with four locations in NJ. My responsibilities included producing custom made cakes and confections, catering to special dietary needs (wheat-free, gluten-free, vegan and dairy free) as well as handling the day to day aspects of running a bakery for 250 covers in two locations. Prior to that, I served as baker, cook and manager at a chic cafe. Prior to that, I gained experience working at a fine dining kosher restaurant. As you see from my attached resume, my skills in baking, cooking and management have well prepared me for a position of responsibility in a restaurant or bakery. I am hard-working, interact well with customers and co workers, creative and quick to find solutions for problems. I have a business sense and use my creativity to bring in customers and increase business. I would like to apply these talents to a top restaurant, bakery, or a health food store in need of a baking manager/ pastry chef. I thank you for your kind attention to my letter and resume, and wish you the best in your efforts.
