Guest guest
Hi. I think forever my dr was recommending fish oil for health despite the fact that she knew I was a veggie. I did some research after my blood was tested for diabetes (yep) and cholesterol (high) almost 2 years ago. I found that flaxseed oil can help lower your cholesterol so I bought some. Now my total cholestrol number is below 5, which is recommended for diabetic. My LDLs are low and the HDLs are higher. I still have a problem with my tris, but other diabetics say that it comes with the disease. I take 2 1000mg of floaxseed oil capsules a day. Please remember though that YMMV, Your Mileage May Vary, and it might not work the same for you. Any good hamantaschen recipes out there? I follow Evelyn Roses' recipes. In England I can't find the prune filling so I make my own, again thanks to the late Ms Rose. Carol To help you stay safe and secure online, we've developed the all new Security Centre.
