Guest guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Share Posted March 20, 2006 Toll House Cookies (one year I had to make 4 batches for my kids) 1 cup matzoh meal 1 cup matzoh farfel 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup coarsely chopped semisweet chocolate (or chips) 2 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup oil 1. In a mixing bowl combine the matzoh meal, sugar, farfel, nuts and chocolate. 2. In a small bowl beat eggs with the oil. Beat well. 3. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients. 4. Mix until blended thoroughly. 5. Drop by teaspoons, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheet. 6. Bake in pre-heated oven 350F for 20-30 minutes, until golden.
