I have a non-Jewish friend with wheat allergies in the family who swears these are better than any " real " brownies (and they're really easy, too!)... Pesach Brownies 2 c. sugar 2/3 c. cocoa 1/2 c. potato starch 1/2 c. oil 3 eggs Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil and eggs and mix well. Pour into a greased and potato-starched (or paper-lined) 9x13 pan. Bake until they just start to become firm. Cool before cutting.
