Guest guest
last year I made some BIG matzaballs with mazzot crumbles, with onions, eggs, parsley, cooked in salted water or soup, and served with a tomato sauce. the size was like an apple, as far as I remember. I will check/search for the recipe. Today I was already looking for, but could not find it. I also found a recipe of bureka's. the mazzot are covered with water to make them soft, then filled with cheese or potatoes or whatever you like, and fried in a skillet. this also sounds tasty to me. maybe I will make it. I hope this will help you a little. If you are interested in a marvellous dessert fruit kugel, I have my favourite recipe. Every year I make it, and eat it myself.... Also Brandel's brownies are a dream!!! Enjoy and happy cleaning.... Best regards Eliane in Amsterdam
