Sephardi Passover for vegetarians

Dear Marian (and everyone),

You're welcome.

In Israel (where most Jews are Sephardi) there is kosher for Passover tofu. I

imagine there isn't much of a market for it elsewhere.

....I'm Sephardi. I never heard of kosher for passover tofu.

How wonderful is that. I wish they'd sell that in other countries as well.
