Guest guest
When you chew it, it tastes like oatmeal. If you don't bruk, you need to eat very small bits at a time because you will be thirsty. It is a soft matza.  There is a company in Lakewood, New Jersey where shmura oat matza is made as well.  I'll try to post some pesah recipes next week.  Marian   --- On Fri, 3/5/10, Brandel D. I wish they'd sell that in other countries as well. I understood that it *is* sold worldwide. (Not necessarily in every country, but in many. But it may be available via air mail even in places where it isn't officially sold.) I have heard from people who use the oat matza that *some* people who can't have gluten still have a problem with the gluten-free oat matza. I know no more details, but I thought I'd warn people. (The problem, whatever it was, also may have been " fixed " since I heard about it.)
