Guest guest
Hi everyone. I hope you had a wonderful Passover! I have a question: I found a recipe today, that mentioned the use of Khorasan wheat, also known as kamut. Has anyone ever tried it and what it is like? I googled it, but am still not sure. Apparently, it belongs into the category of the so-called " Ancient " grains like millet and quinoa. Thank you for any advice.
