Guest guest Posted February 2, 2001 Report Share Posted February 2, 2001 I'm eating plenty of veg, nuts & seeds and loads of fresh Juice, I can eat salads when out. It's mainly for fitness & health so if I don't get as healthy as I hope then the problem cannot be the raw food because the only real difference is that it's more nutritious, it would have to be the lack of animal protien so I may try raw orgainc and very fresh fish from an excellent organic farm near me.
