Guest guest Posted April 13, 2001 Report Share Posted April 13, 2001 Hi, I have some recipes where it asks for silken tofu which you have to put in a blender with other ingredients to make a sauce - is it ok to use the normal tofu from supermarkets (in the UK) like the Cauldron foods tofu?
