I know that as vegans we are all conscious about the health benefits of the lifestyle we follow aswell as the ethical side. I have had two cups of coffee with my breakfast this morning and I now have a terrific headache and my palms feel clammy. This is obviously a most unhealthy drink as I feel quite yucky whilst writing this. I've heard that coffee can have that effect on you but it has never happened to me! My jar of coffee is heading for the bin!

Forgot to address this in my earlier post...

Most of these Herbal Coffees are roasted - or they were when I was

dealing with my coffee stuff... roasted means cooked. I do know a lot

of raw foodists who drink warm fruit water (lemon/citrus)or teas.

Personally I choose not to warm anything.

I think again, it's up to you, where you are at, what you need, where

you are going.... etc etc at nausium.

I'm just sharing my experience to encourage thought...
