Can you explain what is " open-house " scheme exactly?

Yeah, what is an " open house " in the UK?

I say this cause I'm an aussie living here and have never quite got my head

around this " my home is my castle " crap. Can someone please explain why the

vast majority of Brits seem to only socialise in smoky pubs etc. Don't take

this the wrong way (e-mail's good for that!), I just need some understanding

here!

Anyone on this list is welcome to stay in Brentwood/Shenfield area, as we

have a spare room.

My house is always a tip I'm not into living in a palace too busy going on

demos in what little spare time I get,But any veganwho wont criticise is

welcome anytime.I dont expect vegans to criticise but I have Known animal

eaters to do so .Another reason why I dont like them!In other words My place

is open house to vegans. Angie

I can't remember any vegans whose company I didn't like----Except my EX and

it took me some years to come to that conclusion!! Vegans are so few in

number it seems a shame to consider the possibility of not liking them .

Think poitive By definition ,if you're a vegan you're a great person to

know! Angie
