Well I wonder why you say that Mr Brow?

anyway...I think it`s much more insulting to consistantly slag of a dyslexic

for their spelling mistakes than to have your name be the victim of there

mistakes.....God! some people are pathetic.

p.s. I`m not insulted...I've come to terms with my stupid disease.

Ok HairyLids?

I don't see whether someone is dyslexic or not has any bearing on the

claim that names are special to people.

Your comment:

>God knows some people are sooooo finickety, maybe I am doing it on

>purpose....does it REALLY matter????

.... together with your normal word-play, certainly implied intention.

An alternative response to criticism is to apologize for the mistake

(whether under your control or not it would still be a mistake).

I though a spastic was someone who couldn't walk or had " motor control "

problems. If that's what you have I sympathise with you. Funny you should

say that cause aussies use it as an insult and people get the wrong end of

the stick over here. I can see why, but there's no intension to defame

minority groups.

You are right Rowan, spastic is used as a derogatory insult. I used it as an

adjective to explain my " spastic " spelling. But I`m not insulted by it, it

just explains how I have very little control over it.
