Guest guest
Me and my partner did a two day fast over the weekend (1st ever). I'm amaised as to how it's helped me control my appetite. It's a " yogic " thing. Your rest your digestion for 2 days then eat fruit on the 3rd day. 4th day you add raw veggies. 5th add steamed veggies, 6 add whole grains, 7th eat normally. We kind of cheated though and ate normally on the 5th day, and regretted it. I could hardly eat a thing. Next time I'll be following it more strictly. I recommend it to anyone who's having digestion problems or appetite control problems.

Guest guest
I probably did loose weight, but don't confuse weight with fat. I do feel in control of what I eat now though. It re-trained my appetite if you like. I also find lots and lots of exercise retrains appetite.
