Yawn...goodness, don't we all take ourselves seriously in here?! lol! I was

about to call Claire Raynor but I can't stand her raspy voice, sounds like

she smoke Cuban cigars 24/7. Anyway my lovely e-friends...have made a tasty

bolognese sauce tonight to go with tomato and spinach pasta. This may sound

like Delia Smith but I do not look like her! Not unless she's 6'2 " is hairy

and has a beard...maybe...she might have hit the menopause! hehe!

Fry 2 chopped onions

add 3 chopped peppers..1 yellow, 1 green, 1 red

Add sliced mushrooms

add chopped tomatoes ( a lot of them - get the cheap tins from the

supermarket)

add kidney beans ( as much as you like but remember they can taste quite dry,

so probably only one cheap tin )

add dry or fresh oregano, basil and other italianate herbs

add salt and pepper

add tomato puree

add ASDA meat-free mince or substitute

add enough water and a bit of vegetable gravy and cook thoroughly and then

allow to simmer for a bit whilst you cook the pasta.

Heat the plates in the oven and then dish it all up when ready.

Enjoyed best with friends and/or partner and a Mr Bean video!

You could of course use dried beans, fresh tomatoes, etc, but you have to

prepare well in advance if you're gonna do this and have lots of time and

money. Otherwise, do what i did and have a lovely tea! p.s. this is very low

in fat!
