Bad news from my American friend, John, Rowan, Mark please read

I'm posting this to the group as so many of you have been helpful in

finding and offering places to stay for Jerry while he talks to

groups about his vegan rights lawsuit.

 

At present his plans are not changed, but his mother is about to go

into hospital, as she has just been diagnosed with a malignant tumor

of the lumbar vertebrae, so he may have to change his plans, as he

has been advised not to leave the country as her next of kin.

He doesn't know yet which days are the most critical for him to be

there, but it might mean he has to alter his plans, eg arrive just

before his first talk, and/or leave just after his last one.

Hopefully he will make it to all his talks, but at this time his

mother has to be his first priority.

 

Only his own or his mother's dire illness would prevent this trip. I

don't know how advanced his mother's cancer is but it does sound

serious.

 

I felt I should let everyone know. I'll keep everyone involved posted

by email as soon as I know more.
