I dont think that this is as watertight an argument as it was once considered and should be discounted in any soy fear but am sure that Vaughan will correct me oon this. Certainly not enough of a worry to stop eating fresh tofu of which I am about to have half a block. Calcium we have coming out of our broccoli and cauliflower ears. Soy protein should be given the same miss along with any other processed junk food on the basis that it has no life left in it. Just because something it edible, does not mean it is food.
